Staff are available to hand around finger food or serve drinks, service the Buffet, clear, and do dishes if needed. Our charge out rate for staff is $30/hr per staff member with a minimum of 3 hours charged.
We supply platters, chafing dishes, serving spoons, etc, but no crockery, cutlery, or table cloths.
